Shipping policy

Delivery

Delivery days vary based on your address, with options available on either Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday during regular business hours. Please note that someone over the age of 21 will need to sign for the delivery.

When you place your order, you should receive a confirmation email. Once we obtain tracking information from the carrier, you will receive a separate email with those details. 

Typically, deliveries take between 1 to 4 business days. For the most up-to-date delivery estimates, please check the checkout page.

Return of Package

If you are unable to sign for your wine package after three delivery attempts, the shipper will return the package to the winery. You have the option to either have the package held for pickup or reshipped for an additional shipping fee.
