Joaco's recipe
Joaco Sanz grew up in Zaragoza (Spain), in Aragón — the Ebro valley, not the postcard south. He made this sangria for friends and family long before he made it for anyone else.
It is still made in small batches in San Diego. 100% wine-based with zero added spirits — naturally light, easy-drinking, and made for mindful sipping.
